Per Capita Achievement Awards

There are three categories for CFC Per Capita Achievement Awards. The award goes to the activity/agency with the highest per capita giving (total dollars divided by total employees) in each of the three categories.

Category A

500 or more employees

Category B

100-499 employees

Category C

1-99 employees

CFC Goal Achievement Awards

CFC Goal Achievement Awards recognize employee groups that encourage giving through payroll deduction and allow for differences in employee strengths and pay grade potential. Three goals were established and approved for each group by The Federal Executive Association of the Greater Charleston Area Executive Board.

Bronze Award

The Bronze Award recognizes those organizations that achieved their internal monetary goal.

Silver Awards

The Silver Award recognizes those organizations that achieved a five to nine percent increase over their previous year campaign results.

Gold Awards

The Gold Award recognizes those organizations that achieved a 10% or more increase over their previous year campaign results.
